Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your store credit within 1-7 day's of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us immediately with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We ship via Flat Rate (Regular Post) 3-7 Day's Delivery Australia Wide (NO FREIGHT PROTECTION) OR Australia Post (Express) 1-2 business Day's* Delivery Australia Wide (NO FREIGHT PROTECTION). In some areas Express Post can take up to 3-4 day's for delivery. Only Australia Post Express Orders come with freight insurance that covers the value of your purchase for any lost or stolen items during delivery. Signature on delivery is required for ALL orders, if you are not home to receive the parcel; it will be taken to your Local Post Office for collection.
Express Post is always recommended by our company as all Express Post parcels are insured so if one of them does fall under the unfortunate fate of being misplaced , lost or even stolen through means of Australia Post, we will be covered by insurance and that way we can resend you the products.

Parcel Post Standard does not include Freight Protection however includes Signature on Delivery. Customers must be aware requests to not leave at front door is not possible with free shipping method. Evolution Supplements Australia will not be liable for any lost/stolen/damaged items with Regular Parcel Post Standard shipping method. For a piece of mind we encourage our customers to select express post shipping method to insure the products for any lost/stolen/damages. All parcels must require signature as parcels will not be left strictly on premises if unattended. All freight protection will not be covered for any circumstances caused.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please check with your state laws on what can be shipped and what cant as there are restrictions for some countries.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
