We are unable to monitor every Country's/State and local Laws due to regular Changes. It is the customer’s responsibility to check your local Laws before making an order.

YOUR ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED? 

Evolution Supplements Australia is not liable for any lost packages during delivery once the item has been dispatched. Once the goods have been given to Australia Post, it is solely Australia Post's responsibility to handle the full delivery process. Any items lost during transit; the customer must then follow up with Australia Post by calling them on 13 76 78. Evolution Supplements Australia has a zero refund policy for lost or untraceable items once a tracking number has been supplied.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS: 

We aim to provide customers with the best and fastest service possible so customers must contact us IMMEDIATELY if they have made a mistake. If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately at sales@evolutionsupplements.com.au, and we will try to accommodate your request. YOU CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER once it has gone through, we are happy to EXCHANGE or provide a STORE CREDIT. 

Due to the nature of our products a refund cannot be issued once the product has been opened or the seal has been broken.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your store credit within 1-7 day's of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


RETURNED ITEMS?

Parcels that have been returned back to our warehouse due to non-collection from the Post Office or wrong addresses will be kept for 7 days (1 week) and then will be treated as abandoned and disposed of. We are unable to hold onto products indefinitely.


WHICH PRODUCT IS RIGHT FOR ME? 

It is very important that you read the product description as well as the product ingredients for each product. Most of the product descriptions will tell you if the product is ideal for either a beginner OR an advanced user. If you are still unsure, contact us via Live Chat from 9am – 3pm.
