Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your store credit within 1-7 day's of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us immediately with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.



Evolution Supplements Australia and our whole team are all safe and healthy. Due to COVID-19 we've made some small changes to the way we ship and process your orders. 

These changes will help us continue to keep our team, you, and your orders safe.

  • All orders may now take up to 3 business days to ship regardless of shipping service chosen at checkout.
  • All returned parcels will be quarantined for 7 days before being processed by our team.
Australia Post, our shipping partner, continue to update information about their network which affects how quickly they can get your supplements to you. 


We do NOT offer Freight Protection Insurance.

We ship via Flat Rate 3-10 Business Day's Delivery Australia Wide OR Express Post 2 - 3 Business Day's* Delivery Australia Wide. In some areas Express Post can take up to 3-4 day's for delivery.

It is up to the customer to have someone home to accept the parcel, otherwise it will be left in a “Safe Place” & Evolution Supplements will not be liable for any theft or missing items.

These are only best estimates provided to us by Australia Post.  Unfortunately we can’t guarantee delivery timings as this depends on the destination and any internal delays with Australia Post. Occasionally, Australia Post may experience delays and as much as we do not like this, it is completely out of our control. We do not accept any liability and you agree to release Evolution Supplements from any liability occurring from any delay in shipping and delivering the order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.


Payments can be made through Credit Card ONLY. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be emailed an Australia Post tracking number which you can use to check the status of your delivery. All parcels are dispatched through AusPost Standard International Post (7 - 14 business days).

We are not responsible for any seizes by customs. We will not accept any liability once the package has been dispatched and arrives at customs and beyond. Please check local laws of your country before placing an order. Evolution Supplements Australia does not take any responsibility/liability.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please check with your state laws on what can be shipped and what cant as there are restrictions for some countries.
