Furthermore, by increasing carnosine levels, power output can be increased as well. Creatine Nitrate, Creatine HCL, Creatine Monohydrate & Disodium Creatine Phosphate: While we may negate the increase in Hydrogen ion levels in skeletal muscle by increasing carnosine levels, we still must overcome one more obstacle in order to allow us to prevent fatigue while working out. In this case, we must use a compound which can ultimately increase the adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels in muscle. ATP, as we all know, is a high energy nucleotide which acts as the major energy carrying molecule in our bodies. In effect, one phosphate group is lost and must be replenished in order for the muscle cell to continue on working. Phosphocreatine is a high energy buffering compound which is able to donate a phosphate group to ADP, allowing the formation of ATP once again.     First PWO I've had since old-formula Jack3d was taken off shelves and while it doesn't seem to give the same manic levels of energy it does give a great boost without any jittery sides.

    Work your way up from 1 scoop though and see where you find what works for you.

    Great Pre-workout and lasts quite a while, depending on tolerance may only need one scoop compared to it suggesting to use 3! I currently use 1-1.5 scoops around 7:00pm and it will last up until 10:00+++, so I decided to take a sleep formula to combat this energy release. Would recommend consuming at least 20-25 mins before workout on an empty stomach.
